Due to the rapid growth of our semiconductor customer segment, CCI has been making consistent capital investments in our distillation and blending capacity of high purity acids for our semiconductor and electronics manufacturing customers.

SEMI II Standards

CCI recently updated our nitric acid distillation units at both our Phoenix, AZ and Columbus, WI facilities. The updates allow both facilities to increase capacity in producing ultra-pure electronic grade nitric acid, exceeding SEMI II standards. Our raw material and finished goods tank farms support demand for other SEMI grade mineral acids as well, such as Hydrochloric Acid and Sulfuric Acid.

In-House Laboratories

As part of our commitment to providing a fully integrated outsourcing solution for our customers, CCI maintains our own in-house quality control laboratories. Our labs are capable of detailed purity analysis, including trace metal analysis and microbial testing for our customers.

Total Supply Chain Management

CCI has superior capabilities when it comes to robust management of change and shipping control programs demanded by the semiconductor industry. Controlled Packing Cells

CCI uses controlled packing cells with sub-micron filters to package semiconductor grade acids and solvents into bottles, drums, and totes. We frequently handle many SEMI grade chemicals including:
